1: How do I find my way through the N2 Store? The image right here should be able to guide you through anywhere in the N2 Store. Back to top 2: PayPal behaves oddly sometimes. How do I know my order has gone through? Sometimes PayPal mistakenly reports that the transaction did not complete. Continue through the purchase process. Do not attempt to make the purchase again or you might end up ordering the same thing twice. Instead, check your email for your order and transaction confirmations from PayPal. If the order and transaction is confirmed by PayPal then you can safely ignore the false report of an incomplete transaction. Please note that it may take a little time to receive these confirmation emails. If, after a reasonable amount of time, you have not received your confirmations it is safe to assume that the transaction actually did not complete. Sometimes transactions over the internet can be disrupted. The reasons for this are too many to detail here. In that case, please return and make your transaction again. Back to top 3: Are orders placed through N2 Recovery secure? YES! - All orders are processed through secure web-servers using the highest data encryption standards available. Your order, and your personal information, is just as safe as using your Credit or Debit card at the Grocery Store or even your own Bank's ATM. The technology is the same.
